Dominique Pierre in Haiti is leading a challenging program, and setting the tone and the example for our other programs around the world.
Forrest was the principal organizer of the COHP program in 2010, and has served as the major fundraiser. Forrest is a seasoned educator and philanthropist and has made the development of the COHRP organization his main area of focus.
Doron is a seasoned business executive with vast experience is financing and growth. Currently Managing Partner of a Florida Real Estate Development, firm, Doron lends his time and effort to overseeing the financial operations and investments of the COHRP organization. Doron holds a BA in Economics & Philosophy from Brandies University.
Natasha is an Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and works part time in elementary schools in London. Before joining COHRP, she worked at The International Educator as a regular writer and Research and Marketing Coordinator.
Dominique became the COHP Program Director shortly after the earthquake. She was a key factor in getting COHP off the ground, and found a passion to serve the less fortunate in Haiti and dedicating herself to an undeserved community.
Since 2010, Dominique has been supporting a program of education, nutrition and health care for over 85 of the poorest children in Haiti.
Ilana is an MD specializing in Alternative Medicine and has been a regional director for The International Educator (TIE) a founding partner of the COHP, for over a decade now. Ilana was chief consultant in arranging nutritional supplements for the children in COHP School in Haiti and will be consulting on the nutritional matters in our other programs.
Jacqueline payed a pivotal role in establishing the original COHP program in 2010 and has been a pillar of the program. A native of Haiti, Jacqueline’s local knowledge and experience enabled us to address the real and pressing issues at hand and she continues to work with Dominique on a daily basis to lend tremendous support to the program. She is currently the COO of the Quantitative Biosciences Institute at UCSF. Jacqueline holds a BA in Comparative Literature and Spanish from Hamilton College.
In 2010, Frank landed in Haiti with Jacqueline to start COHP. He has been involved in education for over 45 years and has extensive experience in supporting both educational and philanthropic projects including WeCanHelp in Venezuela and Children of Haiti Project (COHP). Frank provides monitoring and evaluation reports on the COHP program in Haiti.
Sonia is a creative art director, and photographer with an international background. Sonia is responsible for the wonderful photos on our marketing materials and advises us on everything visual.
Naiza is the administrative director of COHRP. With a background in accounting she is responsible for administrative, operational and financial support of the organization.
